For any damages or mistakes in the order, we take full responsibility and guarantee that nothing will happen to your product for up to 3 months.

If you change your mind and the item is not damaged, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return it. The item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
